About this role

We are growing our team at luxsearch®. As a Recruitment Consultant you will work with IT candidates and clients in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Our stack is AI-first. You will use vibe coding, agent orchestration, and custom-built tools every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT candidates across multiple channels
• Build and maintain client relationships in the IT sector
• Run qualification calls and assess candidate fit
• Use AI agents and vibe coding to automate repetitive tasks and build your own workflows
• Orchestrate AI tools to manage pipelines, outreach, and follow-ups
• Grow your network in Luxembourg and the Greater Region

Requirements

• Fluent in German or French (at least one is required)
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or account management is a plus
• Interest in the IT market and understanding of technical profiles
• Comfortable using AI tools and open to learning new tech
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
• Based in Luxembourg or the border region
