Your responsibilities

  • Lead teams across service operations, customer service, spare parts and repairs
  • Develop team leaders and structure operational responsibilities clearly
  • Analyze and improve service processes with stronger customer orientation
  • Translate customer needs into service and digitalization improvements
  • Introduce, follow and use KPIs for operational steering
  • Work with management, international sites and technical departments

Your profile

  • Several years of leadership experience in service, after sales, operations or spare parts
  • Technical background in mechanical engineering, vehicle construction or machinery
  • Strong customer orientation and process understanding
  • Experience with KPIs, process optimization or service digitalization
  • German and French for leadership and interfaces
  • Work location: Luxembourg North. This opportunity is especially relevant for candidates already in northern Luxembourg, near the border, or with a clear commute or relocation logic toward the north.
