Your responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate payroll administration for employees in Luxembourg
- Maintain HR files, contracts, absences and employee data
- Support monthly salary processing, declarations and internal checks
- Answer practical employee questions around payroll and HR administration
- Work with managers and external partners on social security and labour law topics
- Improve administrative routines and keep HR processes clean and reliable
Your profile
- Experience in payroll, HR administration, accounting support or a similar role
- Knowledge of Luxembourg payroll, social security or labour law is a strong plus
- Good German or good French is enough. The second language is a plus
- Comfortable with Excel, HR tools and structured administrative work
- Reliable working style with discretion around employee data
- Based in Luxembourg or the nearby border region
