About this role

You build an internal AI and automation roadmap in an international industrial environment. The role covers practical use cases, governance, data quality, GenAI, Copilot and measurable process improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Develop a group-wide AI strategy and roadmap with management, IT and business teams
• Identify AI use cases across production, service, engineering and administration
• Evaluate and roll out GenAI, Copilot, chatbots, BI and automation solutions
• Integrate governance, data protection, transparency and EU AI Act topics
• Bridge business, IT, data teams and external partners
• Train teams and support change management for new AI solutions

Your profile

• Background in computer science, data science, engineering, digitalization or similar
• Practical experience in AI, data analysis, automation or IT project leadership
• Understanding of industrial processes and modern IT landscapes
• Knowledge of data protection, governance or EU AI Act is a plus
• German and French for internal collaboration
• Work location: Luxembourg North. This opportunity is especially relevant for candidates already in northern Luxembourg, near the border, or with a clear commute or relocation logic toward the north.
