About this role

You coordinate projects in the production environment, close to machines, software, production data and concrete process improvements. The role suits technically minded profiles from metal, industrial vehicle, mechanical engineering or production backgrounds.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, follow, evaluate and implement production projects
• Support purchases of machines and software, from specification to commissioning
• Analyze, optimize and standardize production processes
• Support continuous improvement with machine and production data
• Coordinate with production, technical teams, purchasing and external partners
• Track practical improvements in the workshop

Your profile

• Training in metalwork, industrial vehicles or technical studies
• Very good Microsoft Office skills and structured project work
• Quality mindset and interest in practical process improvement
• Autonomous, responsible and result-oriented working style
• German or French very good, basic English
• Work location: Luxembourg North. This opportunity is especially relevant for candidates already in northern Luxembourg, near the border, or with a clear commute or relocation logic toward the north.
