You coordinate digitalization and automation projects in production. The role connects process optimization, data visualization, modern manufacturing systems and collaboration between production, planning and IT.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate process optimization projects around automation and digitalization
• Analyze value chains and identify digital improvements
• Support automated data collection, information processing and visualization
• Drive topics around Industry 4.0, LEAN and production controlling
• Work with production, planning, IT and external partners
• Structure projects from idea to practical implementation

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain analytics, business IT or similar
• Interest in new technologies and modern production systems
• Experience with LEAN, process optimization or digitalization projects
• Good understanding of interfaces between production and IT
• German and French for internal collaboration
• Work location: Luxembourg North. This opportunity is especially relevant for candidates already in northern Luxembourg, near the border, or with a clear commute or relocation logic toward the north.
