• 60,000 to 95,000 EUR annual salary depending on experience, paid over 13 months

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate a maintenance team and organize day-to-day interventions
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance across technical installations
• Monitor operating conditions, priorities and follow-up actions with field teams
• Lead troubleshooting coordination and make sure urgent issues move quickly
• Track deadlines, safety, quality and documentation around maintenance work
• Help improve operating parameters and recurring maintenance routines

Your profile

• A BTS, Bachelor or Bac+3 background in electrical engineering, electromechanics or similar
• Experience in maintenance, operations or technical infrastructure is a strong plus
• Good French or good German is enough. The second language is a plus
• Luxembourgish is a plus
• Structured, communicative and comfortable making practical decisions
• Comfort working between planning, field teams and technical installations
