You lead the HR and people development function for an international group in Luxembourg. The role keeps a strategic talent acquisition component, with a stronger focus on learning, leadership development and long-term people strategy. Permanent leadership position with an attractive package and hybrid work.

Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team across HR development, talent acquisition and people projects
- Shape learning programs, leadership development, succession planning and employee growth paths
- Work closely with management, HR leadership and the board as a strategic sparring partner
- Identify critical skill gaps and build practical development measures
- Keep recruitment strategy aligned with workforce planning and internal mobility
- Develop a broader employee engagement and motivation strategy
- Use data to evaluate the impact of HR and development initiatives
Your profile
- Ideally 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Degree in human resources, learning and development, labour law or a comparable field
- Proven success in talent management, people development or recruitment programs
- Knowledge of Luxembourg labour, wage tax and social security law is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills across seniority levels
- German and French fluency, English or Luxembourgish is a plus
