Business Analyst

About this role

You sit at the intersection of IT and business operations for a major international group based in Luxembourg. You translate business needs into clear specs, drive digital transformation across ERP, CRM and data projects, and own deliverables from analysis to go-live. Permanent role, hybrid setup, hands-on project ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements with business stakeholders
• Map and optimize processes using BPMN and modern tooling
• Work closely with developers on SAP, Dynamics or custom tools
• Build dashboards and data-driven recommendations
• Own change management, release coordination, and incident resolution
• Plan and run testing activities directly with business users
• Take full ownership of workstreams and deliverables within projects

Requirements

• Background in requirements engineering or process analysis
• Comfort with SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Genuine interest in consulting and supporting internal customers
• Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp complex processes fast
• Good communicator in English, German or French is a plus
• Curiosity about automotive, retail or service industries welcome
